Brock THomas, Founder & Owner

Growing up as the son of a Physical Education Teacher and High School Basketball and Baseball Coach, Brock's love for physical activity was an everyday lifestyle that propelled him to a career as a State Ranked High School Wrestler and Collegiate Rugby Player. When injury sidelined him from competitive play, the study of Exercise and Fitness was a natural progression.

 

During his time as a faculty member in the Sports and Exercise Studies Department at Columbus State Community College, Brock was fortunate to develop a strength and cardio style all his own. Helping educate busy students who often worked full-time while attending classes on how to reach their fitness goals while simultaneously learning to lead a healthier, more active lifestyle became his proudest accomplishment to date. 

 

Realizing that sense of purpose is what lead Brock to develop his first Strength and Cardio Fitness Studio in Pickerington, Ohio. With a Bachelor's in Health and Fitness Management from Capital University and a Master's in Sport Management from California University of Pennsylvania, Brock has made it his mission to create a safe and inclusive space for guests to either start their fitness journey or advance and surpass their current fitness goals.

It is our goal to provide the Pickerington community, and surrounding areas, with a fresh approach to leading a strong and healthy lifestyle.  Our FitCorps strength and cardio schedule is carefully curated to target specific muscle groups on a varying daily basis to encourage maximum muscle balance while limiting their fatigue and burnout. 

 

Our intimate group training classes (10 participants max) are designed to provide an inclusive, team-driven atmosphere that focuses on proper strength training technique to achieve your individual fitness goals. Whether it's weight loss, muscle toning, or training for your next obstacle course competition, the FitCorps Workout Philosophy can be adjusted to your needs.
