FitCorps Training Classes


FIT PUSH & PULL (Monday)

Push and Pull your way to tighter, more defined shoulders, arms and chest with our exclusive upper body workout!  No more hiding your arms and shoulders under sleeves and cardigans. You'll be tank top ready in no time!

FITLEGS (Tuesday)

Squat, lunge and jump your way to more defined thighs, hamstrings and glutes. FitLegs sole responsibility is to give you a leaner, more muscular lower body!

FITBODY (Wednesday)

Ever wonder what workouts you could do at home?  Then this is the class for you.  Body weight will be your tool as we rely on gravity to provide us with all the sweat inducing resistance we need! 

FITCORE (Thursday)

If you're looking to tone those abs, this is the workout for you! FitCore focuses on all aspects of the midsection! (abs, lower back, and both sides.)

FITCAMP (Friday & Saturday)

The Team Captain of all FitCorps Workouts! Fit Camp utilizes the entire body, as well as movements learned in previous classes, to provide the ultimate fitness challenge.  This is the perfect way to wrap up a stressful week or kick off a long weekend!
